“Having been left with no electricity at all on Friday evening and making countless phone calls on Saturday with no luck I came across Portcullis Power Solutions on Sunday, I was doubtful they would come to me on a Sunday especially with them being in Cheshire and me living in Stoke-On-Trent. However within half an hour of talking to Hayden and explaining that I had no power and a one year old baby in the house he was at my house and an hour later I had sockets and lights back on. He explained what the two issues were and that without the parts he needed he had done everything he could and that he’d have someone back to me on Monday to finish the job, sure enough on Monday his colleague arrived and by the end of Monday everything was up and working. I can’t thank Portcullis Power Solutions and Hayden enough for ensuring that I had lights and working sockets on Sunday evening and for their incredibly quick response times when no other electricians that advertise 24/7 call outs could even be bothered to answer the phone. Highly recommend.”
