“Having been left with no electricity at all on Friday evening and making countless phone calls on Saturday with no luck, I came across Portcullis Power Solutions on Sunday. I was doubtful they would come to me on a Sunday – especially with them being in Cheshire and me living in Stoke-on-Trent. However, within half an hour of talking to Hayden and explaining that I had no power and a one year old baby in the house, he was at my house and an hour later I had sockets and lights back on. He explained what the two issues were and that without the parts he needed he had done everything he could, and that he’d have someone back to me on Monday to finish the job. Sure enough, on Monday his colleague arrived and by the end of the day everything was up and working. I can’t thank Portcullis Power Solutions and Hayden enough. Highly recommend.”
